If you are fruits and vegetables exporters and importing country is UAE or any other GCC then ultimatly exporter will have pay all the charges.
In GCC most of fruits and vegetables importers are agents so each and every charges have to bear by exporters.
Normally agent have no idea about the defferance between CNF (Cost & Freight) and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). They just said it's CNF and then diduct all the charges including commission and make TT.
The best way is to ask all the changes before export and get idea about exact profit.
